CAN I WALK IN THE RAIN WITH COLIBRIES PAPER BAG?

Colibries paper bags are absolutely water-, and wear resistant. You can walk in the rain with confidence that those raindrops will not go through your bag. It does get wet if you soak them. Initially, the raindrops will rest on the surface.

HOW DO I WASH MY COLIBRIES?

If it get dirty , throw it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle up to 40°C. You can use gentle detergent and air dry like in the good old days or for the convenience in the dryer. Don’t use any fabric softeners! And don’t forget to remove the handles.

 

DOES THE FABRIC LOOSE COLORS WHEN I WASH IT?

It is possible that the material loses slightly of its color when you wash it for the first time. Due to this, we advise to wash your Colibries separately, at least in the beginning.

WHEN WILL YOU RELEASE NEW COLORS?

We refresh our Limited Edition colors at least 4 times per year. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list to be notified of new released as soon as they come out!

THE COLOR I WANT IS SOLD OUT!

Our Limited Edition colors are refreshed seasonally, so once sold out they are gone for good. But  if your color is in the Classic range,  you can place an order on backorder.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment notification via email. But if you’re  having trouble tracking your order, drop us a line via email at info@colibries.nl

We only ship on business days, so order placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 14-days trial period; you can return your Colibries with no questions asked.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

There is a return form in every package. Complete the return form and send this form together with the article to the address below.

Return costs
The costs of the return has to pay by yourself. If we have delivered the wrong product or if the mistake is due to our actions, COLIBRIES will bear the costs of a return. If you do not want to exchange the product, we will return the purchase price excluding shipping costs within 30 days after receipt of the return package.

Exchange
On the return form, indicate which item you want to exchange the returned item for. When exchanged, the exchanged product will be sent to you free of charge. Only the return costs need to be paid by yourself.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

We’ll send a refund notification email as soon as we have issued your refund. All should be within 30 days after receipt of the return package.
